Birthday Cigar Eligibility: Members must be continuously subscribed to an active CigarHaus membership for a minimum of three (3) months prior to the start of their birthday month to qualify for that year's complimentary birthday cigar.

Membership benefits do not stack across tiers. Where a membership tier offers an enhanced version of a benefit available at a lower tier, the enhanced benefit replaces the lower-tier benefit and is not cumulative.

Cigar selections vary monthly based on availability, quality, seasonality, and curation. The number of cigars included may vary, with each monthly collection curated to provide value appropriate to the selected membership tier.

Prepaid membership gifts are complimentary benefits with a value of up to the amount stated and are not redeemable for cash, store credit, or substitutions unless otherwise determined by CigarHaus.
